Pricing starts with the home and the display
Seasonal holiday-light installation is billed at $60 per hour. The final time depends on the roofline, height, access, existing lights, and how much of the property you want to decorate. Photos are the best way to start with a realistic estimate.

For practical roofline, entryway, shrub, and yard-lighting installations, plus careful removal after the season. Materials and replacement lights are separate when needed.
Expanded holiday displays
Larger homes, multiple rooflines, trees, extensive yard displays, or difficult access can need more time. Send photos and I will give you a realistic scope before scheduling.

October and early November are ideal. Dates fill quickly as the season approaches, so sending photos early gives you the most scheduling options.
Can you use my existing lights?
Yes. I can test them before installation. If a strand is unreliable or unsuitable for the planned layout, you will know before it goes on the house.
Do you take the lights down after the season?
Yes. Takedown includes careful removal, basic strand checking, and packing or labeling the setup so it is easier to use next season.
Do you work on multi-story homes?
Single-story homes and reasonable two-story work are a good fit. Send clear photos first so I can assess height, roof access, and whether the project needs specialized equipment.
